Responsibilities : Qualifications
Required
" Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
" 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
" Experience working in an IATF 16949-certified environment
" Strong knowledge of:
o APQP / PPAP
o FMEA (DFMEA / PFMEA)
o Control Plans & Process Flows
o Root cause analysis methodologies
" Proficiency in quality tools (SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk)
Preferred
" Automotive industry experience
" Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
" Experience with customer-specific requirements (CSRs)
" Familiarity with audit standards (IATF, VDA 6.3)
