    Overview of the Position:

    Provides project management of multiple engineering projects, reverse engineering, and technical writing.

    • This is for a full time on site position based out of our Princeton, FL facility.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Reverse engineer, troubleshoot, and repair of various aircraft components, both electrical and mechanical, using manual and automatic measuring equipment.
    • Establish measurement tolerances using accepted industry practices and/or review of next higher assemblies.
    • Create, revise, and review designs using Solidworks 3D CAD Software
    • Assist in creating Repair Process Supporting Documentation Packages for submittal to the FAA and/or customers.
    • Develop tools for aircraft maintenance.
    • Develop test and tooling equivalency with supporting documentation.
    • Research, collect data, and work with design teams to evaluate, select, adapt, and modify techniques, procedures and criteria to solve problems.
    • Other duties that may be assigned.

    Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Further knowledge and witnessed practice of company core values.
    • Knowledge of industry related sales and marketing principles.
    • Strong technical writing skills.
    • Has an understanding of both the Repair Station and Design and Development quality manuals
    • Ability to understand regulatory requirements for airworthiness for FAA and various foreign authorities.
    • Experience in the quality control and new product development within the aviation industry.
