Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, source-to-target mapping documents, and data models.
- Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Perform source-to-target data reconciliation and data quality validation.
- Verify data completeness, accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Validate business transformation rules and data mappings.
- Perform end-to-end testing of batch and data integration processes.
- Identify and report data anomalies, mismatches, and defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and data engineers to resolve issues.

- Ability to work closely with business users, product owners, and client stakeholders.
- Effectively manage expectations and provide testing status updates.

- Work effectively with data engineering, and business teams and with offshore QA.

Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year
