Duration: 12+ Months Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Engineering and Design support of all equipment for multiple project types.
- Supporting the equipment engineering team with equipment order logistics.
- Creating Material Requests.
- Forecast future needs based on project start dates.
- Ensure proper tracking of all components.
- Monitor all equipment expenditures.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure vendor payment.
- Equipment Procurement & Optimization.
- Oversee equipment receipt and acceptance.
- Strong Project Management and Communication skills with the ability to work closely with Team members.
Must have skills( Most Important):
- Equipment procurement forecasting - Skilled in projecting equipment needs based on project timelines
- Vendor & Supply Chain Management - Experience managing relationships with OEMs, distributors and vendors
- BOM Management - Ability to review and maintain accurate BOM aligned with site designs and RF requirements
- Cross Functional Collaboration - Ability to work closely with RF Engineers, Construction Engineers, and project managers to align build schedules
- Attention To Detail & Problem Solving - Sharp focus on order accuracy and resolving delivery or equipment issues quickly
