    Job Summary We are seeking a Engineer Electronics 3 RFDigital to support manufacturing test operations for advanced RF and digital products. This role involves hands-on testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of circuit card assemblies (CCAs) within a Surface Mount Technology (SMT) environment.     Key Responsibilities

    • Troubleshoot test and debug RF and digital circuit card assemblies (CCAs).
    • Perform fault isolation and root cause/corrective action analysis.
    • Analyze test data to identify yield trends and improve performance.
    • Support First Time Through Test Yield (FTTTY) and production goals.
    • Develop and implement improved test methods and procedures.
    • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality engineering teams.
    • Support technicians with troubleshooting and training.
    • Present yield data issues and corrective actions in program reviews.
    • Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and test processes.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM field, or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with RF and/or digital hardware testing.
    • Ability to read and interpret schematics, specifications, and block diagrams.
    • 2 to 4 years of work experience is required.
    • Hands-on experience with test equipment:
    • Oscilloscope
    • Spectrum Analyzer
    • Signal Generator
    • Power Meter
    • Digital Multimeter (DMM)
    • Strong understanding of RF concepts and digital circuit fundamentals.
    • Experience troubleshooting electronic hardware at board/system level.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Active Secret Clearance.
    • Experience with FPGA, JTAG, or embedded systems.
    • Programming experience: C, C++, LabWindows CVI, TestStand.
    • Familiarity with PXI/PXIe or VME test systems.
    • Knowledge of high-speed digital interfaces (e.g., LVDS).
    • Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing.
