    • Performs daily analysis of chemical processing solutions
    • Creates manufacturing routers and associated data entries in ERP system for new parts according to design specification
    • Updates existing manufacturing routers for new process specifications or work centers
    • Performs observations on production floor to document and understand processing times
    • Reviews raw material requirements for all product lines and coordinates with the planning team to ensure the correct materials are ordered
    • Directly supports production floor when abnormal manufacturing conditions are encountered and develops process changes as needed
    • Assists with planning capital improvement projects
    • Supports internal and external Quality Assurance audits
    • Make updates to existing manufacturing procedures due to process changes or improvements
    • Identifies manufacturing areas where process improvement is needed
    • Able to operate equipment used in each manufacturing process
    • Assists with chemical inventory management
