Your Role

Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate is responsible for leading end-to-end web application delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Rate Range: $55/hour to $58/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineer Job Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and coordinate all phases of projects from initiation through deployment, ensuring successful delivery of business and technology objectives.

  • Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.

  • Drive the implementation of new web application projects while ensuring adherence to quality, scope, budget, and schedule requirements.

  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, business teams, and development teams to ensure alignment and project transparency.

  • Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain delivery momentum and achieve milestones.

  • Apply strong technical and analytical skills to support decision-making, process improvement initiatives, and successful project execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 8-10 years of project management experience, including managing software development and web application projects in Agile environments.

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end web application implementations using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong project planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team coordination skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $58.00 per hour
