Role: AI Engineer - GenAI Platform Support
Location: Bellevue, WA
Description:
This role keeps Client's GenAI platforms - Claude, OpenAI, Glean, and whatever comes online next - configured, healthy, and safe. You own the technical side of platform support: triaging bugs and defects with the vendors and driving them to resolution, delivering the technical work that features and security demand - client app management, access configuration, and the security controls that require development effort - and pushing approved features to production. You'll work hand in hand with Cybersecurity to keep every platform safe by design, with scoped access enforced, and with the feature-roadmap owner who runs pilots and approvals, so what reaches the enterprise lands safely. Success looks like platforms that just work, defects resolved fast, security built in, and approved features shipping without drama. If you want to help, bring AI to Client in a way that's fast, safe, and easy to use, we'd like to hear from you.
