Engagement Manager (Project Manager)

Piper Companies is currently seeking an Engagement Manager / Project Manager for an opportunity in the Greater Philadelphia area. The Engagement Manager will play a critical role in leading client relationships and managing project teams, ensuring successful delivery from project inception through completion within complex healthcare environments.

Responsibilities of the Engagement Manager / Project Manager

Lead and manage client and project team interactions, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Establish and maintain clear communication channels both internally and externally

Define and assign project roles and responsibilities to ensure accountability and efficiency

Build and manage fully integrated project teams aligned with project goals

Understand client expectations, business objectives, and project requirements

Oversee project performance, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals

Drive project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met

Identify and support new business opportunities and future project engagements

Foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on delivering value to clients

Qualifications of the Engagement Manager / Project Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required

• 5-10 years of experience, ideally within healthcare architecture or related industry

• Proven experience in project management and client-facing roles

• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

• Demonstrated leadership ability with a collaborative mindset

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities

Compensation for the Engagement Manager / Project Manager

• Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000+ depending on experience
