Akkodis is seeking an Engagement Manager for a Contract with a client in Culver City, CA (Remote). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring successful execution of technology and transformation initiatives while aligning business needs with organizational capabilities.
Rate Range: $68/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Engagement Manager Job Responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment between business objectives and service delivery outcomes.
Manage end-to-end engagement delivery, including project planning, resource coordination, timeline management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
Drive business growth by supporting RFI/RFP responses, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to develop client-focused solutions.
Oversee engagement financials, contract compliance, service performance, and operational governance to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, leadership, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver technology solutions across cloud, infrastructure, security, and business transformation initiatives.
Prepare and present executive updates, steering committee reviews, operational reports, and strategic recommendations while managing onsite-offshore delivery models and distributed teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, ITIL, or equivalent professional certifications are preferred.
12-15 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in Client Management, Service Delivery, Program Management, Business Development, or Engagement Management roles.
Proven experience managing client engagements within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry, with strong expertise in stakeholder management, service delivery governance, and onsite-offshore delivery models.
Strong knowledge of Public Cloud platforms (Azure/GCP), IT Infrastructure, Network Operations, Security services, and experience driving RFI/RFP responses, business growth initiatives, executive presentations, and strategic client relationships.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $75.00 per hour
