Schedule daily load plans, routes, and delivery targets.
Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) communication to drivers, field leaders, and customers.
Track trucks, HOS, and job status using dispatch and GPS tools.
Uphold DOT, safety, and oilfield compliance at all times.
Respond fast to breakdowns, last-minute changes, and delays; reset plans without missing a beat.
Maintain precise logs, tickets, and delivery documentation.
Must-haves
Dispatcher experience (oil & gas or trucking preferred).
Understanding of pipe hauling, flatbed operations, and oilfield logistics.
Excellent communicator and multitasker; thrives under pressure.
Proficiency with dispatch systems, GPS tracking, and core computer skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish—required.
Nice-to-haves
Energy-sector or oilfield dispatching background.
Experience with flatbed or heavy-haul driver coordination.
Knowledge of well sites, yards, and lease road navigation.
