McKinstry Energy Sales Leader

We are adding an Energy Sales Leader to our growing Energy division in Phoenix, AZ. You will play a key role in driving market growth, building, developing and retaining a high-performing sales team while expanding the regional market for McKinstry.
The Energy Sales Leader will have a growth-mindset that brings people together, inspires teams, and delivers excellence to our clients. The Sales Leader should demonstrate that they have helped grow a successful business, preferably within the built environment, and have experience managing, teaching and training a sales team that builds relationships with clients in the municipal, higher education, K-12 education, and healthcare markets.
The Energy Sales Leader will be well-versed in the process of consultative and solution sales to a C-suite audience. Demonstrated leadership, coaching best practices, and team-building experience are required. Technical knowledge of any of our offerings is highly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $114,210 - $173,610 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
