Energy Operations Coordinator
Location: Nelson, NE
Pay: $27-30/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM
Are you a strong leader with experience in operations, logistics or energy services? We're seeking an Energy Operations Coordinator to oversee multiple locations, support operational excellence, maintain regulatory compliance and lead teams that deliver exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
Coordinate operations across multiple locations
Lead and support teams to maximize efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards and governmental requirements
Coordinate bulk plant maintenance and environmental compliance records
Schedule and maintain vehicle inspections, maintenance and documentation
Monitor inventory, expenses, and operational costs
Maintain DOT and state-required equipment records
Collaborate with leadership to implement policies, procedures and operational goals
Resolve operational issues and support employees in day-to-day problem solving
Promote a strong safety culture and positive work environment

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of two years of management or related operational experience
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsements required
Ability to complete required propane delivery certifications and training
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods
Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed
Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl occasionally
Comfortable working around equipment, fumes, airborne particles and chemicals
Schedule Expectations
Standard hours are Monday - Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM. Additional early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends may be required during agronomy and harvest seasons.
