You Are

An experienced Energy industry professional with deep expertise across one or more segments of Downstream Refining, LNG, Midstream Operations, or Retail Fuels and Convenience Retail. You bring a strong understanding of the operational, commercial, and technology challenges facing Energy companies and have the ability to translate business strategy into actionable transformation initiatives.

You are comfortable advising senior client stakeholders, leading cross-functional teams, and managing complex consulting and technology-enabled programs. You combine industry knowledge, structured problem-solving, and hands-on delivery experience to help clients improve operational performance, optimize costs, modernize technology, and drive sustainable business growth.

The Work

• Lead management consulting and technology-enabled transformation engagements across Downstream, Midstream, and/or Retail Fuels.
• Advise clients on operational improvement, business process optimization, digital transformation, and technology modernization.
• Lead workstreams and complex programs, including scope, timelines, resources, financial tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance, operational efficiency, customer experience, supply chain effectiveness, and profitability.
• Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value propositions that align with clients' strategic and financial objectives.
• Collaborate across Accenture Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Data & AI, Song, and Operations to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Build trusted client relationships, contribute to business development and proposal development, and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams while fostering collaboration and high-quality delivery.

We are ideally looking to hire people who reside in Houston, however we will consider talent in other markets with the required skillsets.
