Description

Summary:

  • Location: Newark, NJ
  • Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management oversight over scope, schedule, and budget of energy efficiency projects.
  • Develop and maintain processes for implementing energy efficiency projects in compliance with requirements.
  • Interface with associates, vendors, customers, and consultants to ensure program rules and requirements are maintained.
  • Perform and oversee program and project QA/QC as required.
  • Manage customer relationships to provide program services with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and direct the activities of vendors and contractors; review vendor deliverables and monitor performance.
  • Compile and analyze data from various projects to monitor the status and report to management.
  • Perform project site visits as required.
  • Ensure vendor and employee compliance with safety protocols and practices.
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as necessary.
  • May be required to perform functions outside of routine duties during storm restoration efforts.

Requirements:

  • B.S. Degree plus 5 years of experience in energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields. In lieu of a degree, 9 years of experience is required.
  • Experience processing milestone-based construction payments and forecasting financial spend.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency measures, implementation, and cost.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word).
  • Commitment to process improvement and attention to detail.
  • Able to travel within the company's territory to conduct meetings, perform inspections, and manage relationships.
  • Valid US driver's license.

  • Vendor management.
  • Invoicing skills.
