Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Certified Energy Auditor or Energy Manager with expertise in retail and commercial building energy systems, including HVAC, RTU, lighting, and refrigeration optimization. Proven experience in energy analysis, benchmarking, reporting, and identifying energy-saving opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs. Strong data analytics skills in EMS/BMS data interpretation, trend analysis, weather-based performance assessment, and identification of operational and energy conservation opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support technically in business development Support in product development Identify and prioritize energy-saving measures Analyze technical feasibility of energy-saving measures, using knowledge of engineering, energy production, energy use, construction, maintenance, system operation, or process systems Inspect or evaluate building envelopes, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or process systems to determine the energy consumption of each system. Prepare site assessment reports containing energy analysis results or recommendations for energy cost savings.
