Description/Job Summary Lindahl Reed is seeking energy professionals to provide Energy Analyst services to the Army Materiel Command Headquarters, Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs), and Organic Industrial Base (OIB) facilities. The candidate will work with AMC to achieve robust energy management programs, initiatives, and projects to meet energy laws, regulations, policies, directives, and goals. Energy support services include assistance with Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESPC) projects, Energy Resilience and Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) projects, Utility Energy Services Contract (UESC) projects, Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) projects, Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) projects, Renewable Energy projects and other energy projects. The candidate will support demand reduction for energy and water through education, conservation, and efficiency initiatives and projects that optimize the use of utility resources, including natural gas, electricity, solar, geothermal, water, wastewater, wind, and other energy/utilities. The candidate will also assist with energy and water planning, including development of Installation Energy and Water Plans (IEWPs). In support of these requirements, the candidate will provide project management, engineering, technical knowledge, and analysis of energy management applications, databases, and systems, as well as high-level functional support for evaluation and implementation advice on energy efficiency, renewable energy, and energy resilience projects.
