Endpoint Migration Project Manager

Mobile Device Management: Coordinate migration of approximately 7,000 mobile devices to Versigent Intune, including Apple Business Manager (ABM), Samsung Knox, JAMF/Intune configuration, mobile contracts and end-user reconfiguration. Endpoint migration execution: Drive migration of devices to the Versigent environment using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and Quest On Demand Migration in accordance with the Lot 3 technical design.

Own the end-to-end planning, coordination, governance and execution of the Versigent Endpoint Management migration, translating the technical solution into controlled and predictable migration waves.
Act as the single point of contact for Versigent on Endpoint Migration status, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date view of progress, forecast, risks, issues, dependencies and recovery actions. Be able to provide this status on demand, in addition to formal daily and weekly reporting. Maintain the RAID log, drive issue resolution and proactively escalate blockers requiring management intervention.
Key responsibilities
Migration planning & governance: Build and maintain the integrated endpoint migration plan, including waves, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, readiness gates, cutover criteria and hypercare.
Endpoint migration execution: Drive migration of devices to the Versigent environment using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot and Quest On Demand Migration in accordance with the Lot 3 technical design.
Migration control: Establish effective daily control of execution, tracking migration volumes, success and failure rates, retries, defects, backlog, remediation and progress against the baseline plan.
Mobile Device Management: Coordinate migration of approximately 7,000 mobile devices to Versigent Intune, including Apple Business Manager (ABM), Samsung Knox, JAMF/Intune configuration, mobile contracts and end-user reconfiguration.
User & VIP experience: Coordinate migration communications, scheduling, end-user instructions and White Glove/VIP processes, minimizing business disruption and ensuring adequate onsite/remote support.
Status, RAID & escalation: Provide clear daily and weekly reporting to Versigent and internal stakeholders covering progress, forecast, risks, issues, decisions and dependencies. Maintain RAID and proactively escalate blockers requiring management intervention.
