Job Title: Endoscopy Clinical Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Salary Range: $96,400 – $125,000 annually

Job Summary

The Endoscopy Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the endoscopy nursing department, ensuring delivery of high-quality patient care, effective staff management, and optimal departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff, including scheduling, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing and maintaining clinical care guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• 2–4 years of clinical nursing experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Endoscopy or procedural care experience preferred.
