Join Our Patient-Focused Endodontic Team!



We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and dependable Dental Assistant to join our endodontic practice. We are a patient-focused practice that takes pride in providing exceptional care and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.


We are looking for someone who is not only confident in their clinical skills but is also eager to become a well-rounded member of our team. The ideal candidate will be willing to cross-train in both the clinical and front office areas and enjoy learning different aspects of the practice.



What You'll Do



Clinical / Dental Assisting


  • Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures
  • Provide excellent chairside support and anticipate the doctor's needs
  • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
  • Take and/or assist with dental imaging as appropriate
  • Provide patients with compassionate care before, during, and after treatment
  • Help ensure patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit

Front Office / Cross-Training


  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related tasks
  • Present treatment plans and financial information to patients in a clear and compassionate manner
  • Assist with patient scheduling and communication
  • Help coordinate patient care and follow-up
  • Learn and assist with other front office responsibilities as needed

Experience as a dental assistant is preferred. Endodontic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to provide high-quality patient care
