Job Summary
The Prisma Health Physician is responsible for the provision of quality medical services to patients of Prisma Health-University Medical GroupEndocrinologist (Prisma Health University Medical Group, Greenville, SC): Examine, diagnose and treat health conditions and disorders of the endocrine system. Order and interpret lab work and other diagnostic tests. Provide comprehensive medical care for short-term needs, as well as ongoing management of chronic diseases, by offering personalized treatment plans based on patient needs. Prepare and maintain records which include patient histories, examination findings, treatment plans and outcomes. Requires: MD/DO/foreign degree equivalent in Medicine; completion of 36 month Internal Medicine residency; completion of 24 month Endocrinology fellowship; SC license/eligibility.
