| Job Description: | The End User Computing Specialist III with a specialization in macOS reports to the IT Manager within COM Finance and Administration and is responsible for providing support to various Dean's Office divisions as well as other macOS users throughout the College of Medicine. This role involves analyzing business needs, developing technical requirements, and configuring and implementing integrated client solutions. The Specialist provides advanced troubleshooting, consultation, and proactive support for faculty and staff technology environments, with a strong focus on Apple macOS platforms. Additionally, the Specialist assists in diagnosing and resolving complex software, hardware, and network infrastructure issues while serving as a technical consultant across the College.
