Job Description
End-of-Line Packaging Operator (Manufacturing)

Location: Plattsburgh, New York

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Shifts: 6:00pm–6:00am | 6:00am–6:00pm

A day in the life

Your shift kicks off at the heart of our production floor. You’ll safely feed materials into high-speed packaging equipment, keep a sharp eye on quality, and configure finished goods exactly to spec. When an issue appears, you alert your Supervisor immediately, help maintain a spotless workspace, and wrap up each run by completing accurate paperwork before the next job begins.

Core responsibilities
  • Safely support operations by feeding material into machines
  • Inspect products for defects; pack finished goods in the correct configuration
  • Notify Supervisor promptly when quality concerns arise
  • Uphold strong housekeeping standards in a fast-paced setting
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Comfort with basic math and the ability to follow standard work instructions
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
Proficiencies we value
