    Description

    IDR is seeking a Enablement & Adoption Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Plano, TX. This role is focused on ensuring successful adoption of new processes, platforms, and ways of working within a professional services environment. The specialist will be responsible for transforming approved training designs into finished, measurable enablement assets and managing the end-to-end delivery process to support change initiatives.

    Position Overview for the Enablement & Adoption Specialist:

    • Build finished learning assets from approved designs, including e-learning modules, knowledge checks, job aids, quick reference guides, and short videos.
    • Administer the learning platform entirely: publish courses, manage audiences and enrollments, track completion and adoption, and produce regular reports.
    • Run enablement logistics such as scheduling, reminders, attendance tracking, and escalating gaps to leadership.
    • Support change adoption activities for process and platform rollouts, including new operating procedures and platform launches.
    • Maintain the enablement content library with clear ownership, version control, and review dates.

    Requirements for the Enablement & Adoption Specialist:

    • 3+ years in learning and development, enablement operations, or corporate training production.
    • Hands-on experience with learning management systems, including audience rules, enrollment, and reporting.
    • Proven ability to build e-learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar.
    • Experience creating job aids, knowledge checks, and short-form video content.
    • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly to non-experts.
