Overview
Develops and delivers comprehensive training programs to enhance user proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Assists healthcare staff in navigating EMR software, collaborating with IT and clinical teams to tailor instructional materials, and supporting the implementation of system updates. Monitors training effectiveness, maintains documentation, and facilitates hands-on workshops to ensure practical application of EMR tools. Addresses user inquiries and troubleshoot issues to promote seamless EMR usage and data accuracy.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education:
Associate's Degree (AA or AS) from an accredited college/university plus 1 year of relevant work experience required.
Equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
A Bachelor's degree may be substituted for experience.
1+ years' experience developing and delivering EMR training programs
Knowledge of electronic medical record systems and clinical workflows
Strong communication and instructional skills
Ability to collaborate with IT and clinical teams
Experience troubleshooting user issues and providing support
