PGS Worldwide is seeking an Empower EVMS Administrator for a remote one-year contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.
The Empower EVMS Administrator will provide technical, functional, and system administration support for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Empower earned value management system. This role requires subject-matter expertise in Empower architecture and functionality, EVMS processes, IPMDAR reporting, Cobra integration, user training, and system troubleshooting.
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of Empower system administration and configuration experience.
• 5+ years of experience with earned value management systems.
• 3+ years of experience with earned value management processes.
• 3+ years of experience with IPMDAR reporting.
• Subject-matter expertise in Empower functionality and architecture.
• Experience integrating Cobra with Empower.
• Experience training users on Empower functionality and system usage.
• Experience troubleshooting Empower issues and supporting system users.
• Strong understanding of cost, schedule, and earned value principles.
• Earned value analysis experience.
• Ability to perform technical, functional, and system administration responsibilities.
• Ability to support Empower implementation and ongoing system maintenance.
What You’ll Do
• Administer and configure the Empower earned value management system.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and ongoing operation of Empower.
• Provide functional and technical subject-matter expertise.
• Support earned value management processes and reporting requirements.
• Develop and support IPMDAR reporting activities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Cobra and Empower.
• Investigate and resolve system and user issues.
• Train users on Empower processes, functionality, and system usage.
• Support cost, schedule, and earned value analysis activities.
• Collaborate with program and technical teams to maintain system effectiveness and data integrity.
Pay
• $110.00 per hour
