Requirements / Qualifications

Under general supervision provides pre-employment skills training, work site training and follow-up services for youth in special education who are making the transition from school to work. Minimum Qualifications: - Applicants must meet one (1) of the following para-educator qualifications: A minimum of an AA degree or higher Completion of a minimum of 60 semester units Certification of completion of ROP Para-educator Course (CODESP test) Pass CBEST If you need information on the ROP Para-educator Course, contact the Fairfield-Suisun Adult School at 707-421-4155

REQUIRED: Attach all requested documents to our application electronically. You will need to scan each document separately. Make sure the file size for each attachment is 1 MB or lower. PDF format is preferred.

• Copy of Transcript (College Units, Degree or Para Educator Certificate)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Reference (Three (3) current letters of reference)
