We are seeking a motivated, professional, and community-focused Employment Success Coach to support individuals in achieving competitive, integrated employment and long-term career growth.
What You’ll Do
As an Employment Success Coach, you’ll play a key role in changing lives through meaningful work opportunities.
Employment & Career Support
Manage an assigned caseload and provide individualized employment services
Conduct assessments, task analysis, and intensive job training
Provide long-term follow-up support when needed
Coordinate Community-Based Assessments
Ensure person-centered services are provided at all times
Help individuals build new skills and grow in their roles
Employer & Community Engagement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local employers
Identify vocational opportunities and match employer needs with candidate skills
Demonstrate the value and profitability of hiring adults with disabilities
Assist employers with training, onboarding, and addressing workplace concerns
Follow up regularly with employers and employees to ensure ongoing success
Network in the community to promote training programs and employment services
Documentation & Professionalism
Prepare required reports and attend monthly staffing meetings with community partners
Maintain an accurate Outlook calendar and communicate schedule updates
Attend conferences and training to enhance professional skills
Model professional dress and behavior at all times
Follow employer standards and workplace practices while on-site
