  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of positions (industrial, administrative, skilled trades, and professional).

  • Conduct in‑person, phone, and virtual interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and job fit.

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with job seekers throughout the hiring process.

  • Maintain a welcoming, professional environment for walk‑in applicants.

  • Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities to expand the candidate pipeline.

  • Match candidates to suitable job opportunities based on qualifications, preferences, and client needs.

    • Partner with local businesses to understand workforce needs, job requirements, and company culture.

    • Present qualified candidates to clients with clear summaries of skills, experience, and fit.

    • Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding candidate performance, scheduling, and workforce planning.

    • Support the sales team by identifying potential leads and opportunities to strengthen client relationships.

    • Promote the value of Express services through professional communication and consultative support.

  • Manage the full placement cycle: onboarding, scheduling, assignment updates, and follow‑up.

  • Ensure associates understand job expectations, safety requirements, and worksite procedures.

  • Track associate hours, attendance, and performance; address issues promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and internal databases.

  • Coordinate evaluation‑to‑hire, direct hire, and temporary assignments according to client needs.

  • Assist applicants with completing online applications, assessments, and onboarding documents.

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies.

  • Update job postings across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.

  • Support general office operations, including phones, front desk coverage, and candidate flow management.

Monday-Friday

8am-5pm

Pays up to $40k annually based on experience
