As an employment Specialist you will:

Help people find the right jobs in Barron and Polk Counties and the surrounding communities. Develop relationships with businesses in the community. Provide support to consumers to allow them to be successful in their new jobs. Concentrate on an individual's abilities rather than a possible disability. Get to make a difference in the community by helping place consumers in jobs that they are excited to start.

This is a part time position working about 20-25 hours a week in the Barron and Polk County areas. This position will turn into a full time role as your caseload grows.

Qualifications A degree or experience in Marketing, Business, Vocational Rehabilitation or another human services field. Experience working with job seekers of various abilities is a plus.
