Employment Specialist

Tasz Career Services is looking for a full time Employment Specialist (job coach) to work with high school students and adults with intellectual disabilities in the Pittsburgh area. Locations typically involve travel within 30 minutes of downtown Pittsburgh. The job entails completing work assessments, finding new employment, resume writing, interview preparation, maintaining current employment and developing business relationships with new companies. You must be comfortable working in many different work environments. The work schedule consists of 40 hours of work with overtime available. Schedules typically change every few months as they are based off of your clients work schedules. 

Requirements:

-A reliable vehicle as you will typically travel between multiple locations on any given day.

-College degree in Special Education, Psychology, Counseling or other related field

- Must have experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities(Job coaching experience preferred)

-Ability to pass FBI, State and Child Abuse Clearances
