    About You

    • You are compassionate, patient, and reliable.
    • You have experience working with people with disabilities or other special needs, or you are willing to learn.
    • You are flexible and adaptable to changing situations and needs.
    • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or a related field; or a combination of work experience and education.
    • You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

    • You get to perform assessments that help determine clients' skills, interests, and employment goals.
    • Develop individualized job search strategies and provide job placement assistance to help each client you support reach their goals.
    • Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure their success in the workplace.
    • Collaborate with employers to identify job opportunities and advocate for clients.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
