In this role, you'll provide job readiness training, career counseling, job placement assistance, and post-employment support. You'll also deliver transition services for youth with disabilities, helping them build social, vocational, and workplace skills as they prepare for life after school. This position works closely with job seekers, employers, schools, and community partners to create successful employment pathways. You will also coordinate community-based learning experiences, youth employment camps, and work-based learning opportunities. Regular travel throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties is required; a reliable personal vehicle, valid Florida driver's license, and proof of auto insurance are essential.
