Employment Litigation Attorney

The Spiggle Law Firm is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join its plaintiff-side practice in Alexandria, Virginia. This is a hybrid role with two days a week in the Alexandria office and remote work the rest of the week, with full home office support.

What you'll do:

• Represent clients in workplace discrimination, retaliation, and harassment matters
• Handle Title VII, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, and FLSA claims
• Practice before MSPB, EEO, EEOC, and District Courts
• Lead depositions, summary judgment practice, demand letters, and client counseling

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of litigation experience (federal sector preferred, not required)
• Virginia Bar preferred (waive-in OK); Maryland and DC Bar a plus
• Strong deposition, motion, and client-counseling skills
• Comfortable with about 1,700 billable hours a year

Compensation and benefits:
Base salary $160,000–$190,000, plus performance bonuses and end-of-year bonus potential. Benefits include healthcare (medical, dental, vision), CLE reimbursement, 401(k) after one year, and bar fees covered. Hybrid schedule — two days in Alexandria, remote otherwise.
