    Pay: $140,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

    Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Roseland, NJ office. Limited hybrid flexibility may be considered after one year

    Note: You must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and have at least 5 years of employment law experience.

    Job Description

    • Provide legal counsel to employers on workplace matters including discipline, termination, accommodations, and wage and hour compliance
    • Draft and review employment-related documents such as handbooks, agreements, and policies
    • Represent clients before state and local administrative agencies
    • Conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic risk-mitigation advice
    • Collaborate with clients on employment law compliance and preventative practices
    • Handle both counseling and litigation-prevention work

    Qualifications

    • J.D. from an accredited law school
    • Active license to practice in New Jersey
    • 5+ years of employment law experience
    • Experience advising employers and drafting employment-related documents
    • Familiarity with state and federal employment laws
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills
