    Description

    Pay: $120,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

    Job Description

    • Handle employment law matters from inception through resolution.
    • Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery.
    • Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
    • Take and defend depositions.
    • Attend hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
    • Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings when necessary.
    • Advise clients on employment-related disputes and risk management.
    • Maintain strong communication with clients and colleagues.
    • Meet billable requirements while delivering exceptional client service.

    Qualifications

    • Active California Bar license in good standing.
    • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
    • 2+ years of employment law experience.
    • Experience handling litigation matters and managing multiple cases.
    • Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Deposition and motion practice experience preferred.
    • Trial and mediation experience are a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
