    As an Employment Consultant, you work one-on-one with individuals to help them find and keep meaningful employment. From exploring career interests to connecting with employers and providing on-the-job support, you play a key role in helping people succeed in the workplace. This is a hands-on, community-based role for someone who enjoys coaching, problem-solving, and building relationships.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Support individuals in finding and keeping jobs by exploring interests, building skills, and preparing for work
    • Develop relationships with local employers and match candidates to the right opportunities
    • Provide job coaching, training, and ongoing support in the workplace
    • Maintain documentation, track progress, and coordinate with support teams and funding sources

     

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience or interest in working with individuals with disabilities and supporting employment goals
    • Someone who enjoys building relationships with both job seekers and employers
    • A dependable and flexible professional who can manage a schedule and work independently in the community
    • A high school diploma or GED required (degree preferred), along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
