The Employment Coach provides individualized coaching, mentoring, and support to individuals with neurodiverse, mental health, and developmental disabilities as they work toward their employment and post-secondary education goals. Using a person-centered approach, this role partners with participants to build workplace skills, increase independence, and achieve meaningful career outcomes.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as well as travel throughout the metro area.

Location, Schedule & Pay:
This is a full-time position based out of our Fraser Bloomington office, with some remote workdays possible depending on caseload. Regular travel throughout the Twin Cities metro is required for job coaching, informational interviews, and on-site teaching. Mileage and parking are reimbursed for client-site travel. Employment Coaches do not transport clients.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., with a Flex Friday option to accommodate occasional evening or weekend client needs.
