What you'll do

- Draft dispositive motions, class certification briefing, and appellate briefs

- Defend employers in class and collective actions

- Research complex employment law issues

- Collaborate with trial teams nationwide

What you bring

- J.D. and active bar admission in the state of the office you join (DE, NY, PA), or eligibility to waive in

- Senior-level employment or class action litigation experience, with outstanding brief-writing skills

- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills

- The ability to manage matters with increasing independence
