Job Details

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school or similar plus:

2+ Years of Labor & Employment / Employment Litigation experience
Experience handling employment-related disputes and litigation
Strong legal research, writing, case strategy, and client communication skills
Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court proceedings preferred
Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
Admission and good standing with the applicable state bar
