DMBA (Deseret Mutual Benefit Administrators) is a non-profit organization that administers benefits for companies who are owned or affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.We have an Opening for an Employer Relations Consultant. This position plays a vital role in maintaining and strengthening the relationship between DMBA and its sponsoring organizations. This position ensures high-quality service and effective collaboration with the Human Resources departments of those organizations. Success in this role requires in-depth knowledge of DMBA benefits and systems, as well as strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to navigate complex issues. Additionally, the Consultant must possess high-level presentation skills to educate and inspire plan participants to make the most of their generous employer-paid benefits. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow their skills and gain experience in Employer Relations area.
