    People are at the heart of everything we do. As our Employee Support Manager, you’ll help ensure the systems, processes, and conversations that support our team members reflect both operational excellence and genuine care.

    This is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who loves people, thinks strategically, and isn't afraid to step into complex situations. You'll partner closely with leaders, strengthen the employee experience, and help steward healthy, consistent people practices across the organization.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead employee operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and appropriate document retention while maintaining exceptional confidentiality and accuracy.
    • Strengthen, simplify, and continually improve Employee Support systems and infrastructure to reduce complexity, increase consistency, and better serve leaders and team members.
    • Ensure people systems balance genuine care, operational excellence, organizational policies, and applicable employment laws.
    • Serve as a primary organizational resource for employment-related legal matters, partnering with outside counsel and internal leadership when appropriate.
    • Identify organizational patterns, emerging risks, and recurring employee support challenges and provide leaders with meaningful insights that strengthen decision-making.
    • Coach leaders through difficult conversations with truth, grace, accountability, and a focus on healthy resolution while preserving trust and relationships.
    • Develop practical tools, resources, education, and communication that strengthen leader capability.
    • Partner across departments to continually improve the employee experience while ensuring systems remain scalable, accessible, and aligned with our organizational purpose.
    • Protect the confidentiality, dignity, and trust of every team member while modeling integrity, wisdom, and a high level of discernment in every interaction.

    What You'll Bring

    • HR experience and/or expertise required
    • SHRM certification preferred
    • Experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, HR Leader, or in a similar people-leadership role
    • Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive employee matters
    • Ability to balance relational care with organizational accountability and compliance
    • Ability to coach and influence leaders across the organization
    • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and improving the team member experience

    Hours & Schedule

    • Full-time, salary/exempt
    • Average 40 hours per week
    • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
    • Office-based environment
    • Minimal travel for company events and inter-region collaboration

    Work Environment & Physical Requirements

    • Ability to stand, sit, crouch, kneel, walk frequently, and reach above the head and below the waist
    • Vision for near, mid-range, and far distances and hearing across low, medium, and high pitches
    • Ability to lift 5–20 pounds
    • Current and valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by company fleet insurance
