Your Impact

  • Lead sensitive, high-stakes investigations and guide principled, policy-aligned outcomes.
  • Serve as the embedded HR Business Partner for a major production line, aligning talent plans to operational targets in a 24/7 environment.
  • Develop leaders—strengthen documentation habits, elevate feedback quality, and reinforce effective leadership behaviors.
  • Design, maintain, and audit site ER standards, playbooks, templates, and investigation processes tied to enterprise policy.
  • Drive consistency in attendance and performance management with thorough, defensible records.
  • Own site expertise for Performance Management and PIPs; ensure follow-through and measurable progress.
  • Translate ER data into insights that mitigate risk and improve culture and leadership capability.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, labor relations, or similar.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR/ER experience and 2+ years running complex investigations.
  • Strong grounding in employment law and ER practices.
  • Proven influence and coaching skills across multiple leadership levels in fast-paced settings.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of a manufacturing environment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Spanish/English bilingual capability.

Bonus Experience

  • Manufacturing, production, logistics, or 24/7 operations exposure.
  • Partnership with operations leaders supporting large frontline workforces.
  • Data and reporting savvy; trend and root-cause discovery.
  • Change leadership during line ramp-ups, restructures, or transformations.

How We Determine Pay

Starting compensation reflects factors such as location, shift, education, skills, and relevant experience. The posted range is intended for candidates who meet the qualifications outlined; additional pay may be offered to those who exceed them. We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package. For union-represented roles, wages and ranges are governed by applicable collective bargaining agreements.
