Responsibilities:
Conduct workplace investigations as a neutral fact-finder.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters.
Support fair and consistent resolution of workplace concerns.
Partner with Employee Relations, Human Resources Business Partners, Labor Relations, Legal, Global Security, and business leaders.
Assess facts, document findings, and support consistent, compliant outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, workplace investigations, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough, objective, and defensible workplace investigations.
Strong interviewing, fact-finding, analytical, and report-writing skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
Ability to consult and collaborate with Human Resources Business Partners and leaders on employee relations matters.
Strong communication, conflict resolution, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience conducting investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, workplace misconduct, ethics concerns, and other policy violations.
Experience supporting manufacturing, production, distribution, or unionized environments.
Experience utilizing case management systems such as HR Acuity, Navex, EthicsPoint, or similar platforms.
Professional certifications related to workplace investigations, human resources, employee relations, conflict resolution, or employment law.
Ability to navigate sensitive, complex, and high-risk situations with professionalism and objectivity.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and adapt to changing business needs.
Experience identifying patterns and trends across investigations, assessing organizational risk, and providing practical recommendations for resolution.
