Employee Health RN

Job Overview
Oversees the employee health requirements for Deaconess Health System employees which includes monitoring and tracking of immunizations and the associated records of same employee group to meet all compliance requirements of the State Board of Health, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies. Also insures that annual requirements are met i.e. flu vaccines, annual TB, and respirator fit testing for the same group of employees. Represents the COMP Center and acts as a contributing member on the Infection Control Committee. Completes follow up and responds to environmental exposures that occur within the Deaconess Employee group. Follows-up on employee new hires to ensure that all employment requirements are completed.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN). Required

Experience Qualifications

• Nursing Experience. Required

Licenses and Certifications

• Current state appropriate licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Required

Shift: Monday-Friday

Hours: 40 per week
