Employee Health Center Director of Operations
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid) | Travel to GA & CA
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000
This role is specifically for candidates who have operated employee health clinics inside corporate environments.
If your background is primarily in hospitals, home care, or traditional healthcare settings without exposure to employer-based clinics, this role is likely not the right fit.
The Role
You will lead operations for a multi-state portfolio of employee health clinics embedded within a Fortune 500 workplace.
The clinical teams are in place. The client relationship is established.
Your responsibility is to ensure these clinics operate with consistency, structure, and accountability across all locations.
This includes owning:
- How clinics run day-to-day
- How performance is measured
- How teams are staffed and supported
- How operations scale across sites
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Overseeing operations across three employee health clinic locations
- Standardizing workflows, processes, and expectations across sites
- Managing staffing models, scheduling, and coverage
- Building and tracking KPIs tied to access, utilization, and service delivery
- Acting as the operational lead for a corporate client environment
- Identifying issues early and resolving them before they impact the client
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of healthcare operations experience
- Direct multi-site oversight
- Experience managing employee clinic-based or occupational health operations
- Strong ownership mindset — able to operate independently and drive results
