Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field required
- Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business or related field required
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect employee engagement back to company objectives
- Ability to use data to help inform strategy and direction
- Experience with employee listening and survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics) and the Microsoft 365 suite
- Experience supporting the build-out, launch, and scaling of employee engagement programs.
- Comfortable creating program-facing content, including email communications, one-pagers, and presentation materials.
- Ability to build and interpret dashboards and reporting (e.g., Power BI) to translate engagement and retention data into actionable insights
- Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to bring innovative ideas that improve the employee experience and drive retention
- Must be organized, detail oriented and demonstrate strong time management skills and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and assignments with limited supervision in a fast-paced deadline environment
- Must be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with community partners and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating WWT's core values
- Up to 25% of the time Domestic Travel only

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $62,800 to $78,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
