Job Description:
We're looking for an Employee Communications Manager to join our Employee Communications team, responsible for People Experience (PEx) communications. In this role, you'll serve as a strategic communications partner to our PEx organization, crafting narratives that bring PEx programs, people initiatives, and company culture to life for our crew.

This is a role for someone who excels at building relationships and is comfortable navigating a dynamic environment. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate their vision and programs into clear, compelling communications that inform and inspire. You'll be a trusted, strategic partner, providing insight and guidance to shape comprehensive communications plans that connect crew to company priorities and increase engagement across the organization.

Beyond day-to-day execution, you ll identify opportunities for improvement and bring a fresh perspective to programs. You can operate with autonomy, bring structure to evolving initiatives, and move fluidly between strategic thinking and detailed execution. And you have a positive, inquisitive, and self-directed approach, taking initiative while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned. Responsibilities:
  • Support communications for PEx programs, spanning the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compensation, performance and engagement.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Compensation, People Operations, Talent, People Development and Experience, and other teams to craft integrated, thoughtful communications.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end communications plans that align PEx strategy with company priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize engagement, and bring new ideas to programs that are still being defined and built.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on employee and/or HR/People Experience communications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you write clearly, concisely and compellingly for a range of audiences.
  • Proven ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with senior leaders, including C-suite executives, and navigate complex stakeholder environments with a partnership mindset.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve, and some programs are still being defined.
  • Enthusiastic about using AI tools to amplify communications impact and automate workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with communication tools, such as Slack, Canva, Google Workspace, AI platforms, Confluence and Zoom Events.
