KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain a book of employee benefits business targeting middle-market employers (25–500 employees)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the KY market
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships with HR leaders, CFOs, and business owners
- Conduct needs assessments and benefits plan analysis
- Present comprehensive employee benefits solutions including medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary lines
- Collaborate with internal teams across account management, compliance, and operations
- Cross-sell across Benefits, P&C lines.
- Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates
- Active Life & Health license
- Proven new business development track record in employee benefits
- Middle-market account experience — groups in the 25–500 employee range
- Established relationships with employers and HR decision-makers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ambition
- Aggressive commission splits
- Base salary + bonuses, equity participation
