Pittsburgh area brokerage firm is seeking a Senior Level Consultant to manage the Employee Benefit programs for group accounts of 50 to 250 lives. The consultant will assist and advise clients on their group plans including medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. This is a hybrid remote/in-office position.
Responsibilities:
•Maintain and grow an existing book of business
•Cross-sell and up-sell products based on the needs of each individual client
•Identify new business opportunities
•Establish relationships with carriers and outside vendors
•Assist with renewal proposals and open enrollments
Education and Experience:
•5+ years with a brokerage or consulting firm
•Pennsylvania Life, Accident and Health License
•Bachelor’s Degree and industry designations preferred
